SSP Architectural Group and Ernest Bock were selected as the Design Build team for the new Vineland Middle School, Cumberland County, NJ – an NJSDA project. The approximately 98,750 gross square foot middle school is designed to educate approximately 620 students in grades 6-8 located in the Vineland NJ School District. The site is located in a Wetland Conservation area and will include five storm water control basins, a landscape bio retention system, a rain garden system, and outdoor learning and teaching areas. A Geothermal Loop System was designed to regulate facility climate.
