OPEN ROLES

SSP is looking to expand our talented team with people who aspire to excellence in all aspects of their work. Specifically, we are looking to fill a number of positions at various levels, ranging from architectural interns to project coordinators. Individuals in this position will be involved in all aspects of bringing projects to reality – from the initial design concepts through construction.

We are passionate and collaborative people who believe the strength and success of our firm comes from the quality of our team members. Therefore, candidates must have the following education and experience:

Project Manager –

Lead the charge! Manage the range of engagements including multi-million-dollar projects, and collaborate with top-notch clients while mentoring the next generation of architects.

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
  • Licensed Architect (NJ preferred)
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in educational, government, and/or commercial design & construction
  • Strong client interaction and team leadership skills

Project Architect –

Shape the future with creative and technical expertise. Own your projects and watch your vision come to life.

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
  • Architecture registration
  • 5-7 years of experience in commercial (non-residential) design and construction
  • Technical proficiency from design through construction

Project Coordinator / Job Captain –

Play a critical role in bringing designs to reality, working side by side with seasoned architects on exciting projects.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial design & construction
  • Actively pursuing AXP and licensing is a plus

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Proficiency in REVIT is required; AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Lumion are highly preferred
  • Passion for excellence

  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines with poise
  • Desire for learning and continuous improvement
