The Work consists of: Replace Air Handler 8 and associated Boiler and Energy Recovery Unit serving the center classrooms at the Piscataway Magnet School. Portions of the existing chilled water piping, hydronic piping, ductwork, gas piping, and associated floor drains, louvers, condensate piping, etc will be replaced to accommodate the new unit.
