The Work consists of: Replacement of the existing air handling units and controls with packaged air-cooled chillers at each of the three (3) school locations. The new AHUs will be connected to the recently upgraded air cooled chiller units and controls integrated with an existing supervisory station. Partial roof replacement of a built-up roof system at one school.
