A Benefit Designed Around People

The project began with a goal: make healthcare easier to access.

For teachers, administrators, and support staff, days are full. Bringing care into one convenient location makes it easier to prioritize health without adding unnecessary complexity.

Primary care, pharmacy services, chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, diagnostic imaging, and lab work are all located within the same facility. Open seven days a week, the Center provides a level of convenience that supports busy schedules while maintaining strong partnerships with established healthcare providers.

The focus wasn’t to replace traditional systems – it was to create an additional, thoughtfully structured option that works for the district community.

Designing Around How Care Happens

Once the vision was clear, the next step was designing a space that supports the way care is actually delivered.

From early planning through construction, SSP worked closely with both the district and healthcare providers to understand daily workflows, patient movement, and service coordination. Those conversations shaped the layout.

Exam rooms, therapy areas, diagnostic services, and the pharmacy are organized in a way that supports efficiency while maintaining privacy. Providers can collaborate easily. Patients can move through their visits without confusion.

The Details You Don’t See – But Feel

What makes a healthcare facility successful isn’t only what’s visible.

Bringing services like X-ray and physical therapy into one location requires careful coordination behind the scenes. The building needed to support specialized equipment, daily patient traffic, and the practical realities of how providers operate.
