Field surveys documented existing conditions and identified deficiencies, deferred maintenance, and opportunities for improvement. Our findings were coordinated with input from specialty consultants evaluating mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and infrastructure systems to create a comprehensive understanding of each facility’s performance and needs.
The collected data was compiled into a detailed, actionable report that included prioritized recommendations and cost estimates organized by facility, building system, and urgency. The result was a clear and strategic roadmap that now guides Princeton University’s 10-year capital improvement program, helping the University plan and prioritize investments across its campus portfolio.
