South Bound Brook Municipal Building
The Borough of South Bound Brook is planning for a new Municipal complex anchoring the area’s growth and development.

The vision for the Complex includes construction of a new 15,000 s.f. three story Municipal Building and 11,000 s.f. Public Works Garage as well as site development and improvements to the existing, historic Municipal Building so that it remains a vital, functional part of the Complex.

Key issues addressed in the master plan for the site are phased design and construction of the Public Works Garage and New Municipal Building, and the development of a construction budget that is sensitive to the Municipality’s fiscal constraints.
